Robert Henry COOKE, son of Silas Lechmere COOKE and Lockey Jane ODOM; born 18 October 1894, Ennis, Ellis Co., TX; died 04 December 1970, Dallas, Dallas Co., TX; buried Myrtle Cemetery, Ennis, Ellis Co., TX. Texas Certificate of Death #86064 shows that Robert was dead on arrival at Chester Clinic in Dallas of arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease. An inquest was held and the verdict of "natural causes" was rendered. Robert was a WWI veteran. Burial: Myrtle Cemetery, Ennis, Ellis Co., TX. He married about 1929 to Lucille Josephine COLLINSWORTH and they had 4 known children.
