Clara Carling Peden, 84, of Provo, died Thursday, March 23, 1989, in Springville. She was born February 18, 1905 in Fillmore, a daughter of George and Caroline Jackson Carling. She married Robert Love Peden, June 10, 1929, in California. She is survived by her husband of Springville; one daughter, Mrs. Fred (Jeannine) Huff, Springville; 5 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; one brother, Benner J. Carling, Pleasant Grove. Preceded in death by two sisters and one brother, Vera Clark, Erva Childs, Ottis Carling.
