Bio

Services for Daisy Mae Ramsey, 79, of Spur were at 11 a.m. Friday, September 9, 1994 in the Highway 70 Church of Christ with church minister Ernie Bishop officiating. Burial was in Spur Memorial Cemetery with Campbell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Ramsey died September 7, 1994 in Midland Memorial Hospital. She was born in Whitesboro May 14, 1915 and had lived in Dickens County since 1928. She married Don Ramsey in Spur on June 1, 1938. He preceded her in death on October 15, 1993. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was a member of the Espuela Home Demonstration Club for over 30 years. One son, Joe Ramsey, also preceded her in death in 1974. Survivors include a daughter, Charlotte Beeson, Midland; two brothers, Floyd Ball of Odessa and Boyd Ball of Kerrville; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
