His parents were Ernest Ervin Danner (1895~1932) and Lillie Veare Gilchrest (1896~1917). They married on Sept. 7, 1913, Comanche County, TX. Paul was probably their only child. 1920 Census, Comanche County, TX records Ervin Danner/23/AR/1897. Pearl Danner/wife/17/TX/1903. Paul Danner/son/TX/1915. After Lillie Veare Gilchrest Danner passed away in 1917, Ernest Ervin Danner remarried. Marriage Record: Ernest E. Danner and Pearl Mallard married on Aug. 9, 1919 in Comanche County, TX.
