Bio
Trudie Megason, 92, of Safford, entered into rest on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 26, 1919 in Marthaville, Louisiana to John and Birdie Jennings. After finishing high school she completed two years of business school at Northwestern State College in Louisiana. Trudie was a loving house wife, homemaker and mother. She enjoyed quilting and nurturing her family. She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Thatcher. She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; four sisters; and her son Troy A. Megason. A memorial service for Trudie will be held at the First Southern Baptist Church in Thatcher on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 11 a.m. Obit: McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel, Safford, Arizona.
