Bio
Juanita Prine Legg, 73, of Hattiesburg, died February 14, 2012 at Forrest General Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, February 17, 2012 at Moore Funeral Chapel in Hattiesburg followed by burial in McLaurin Cemetery. Mrs. Legg was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bilbo and Pauline (Steel) Prine; a daughter, Pam Bond; a son, Wesley Legg; a granddaughter, Lori Legg; sister, Clara Hebert and Wanda Shows; and a brother, Gary Prine. Survivors include her husband, Leonard Legg of Hattiesburg; a daughter, Carolyn Young of Hattiesburg; a son, Lawrence Legg of Hattiesburg; four sisters, Yvonne Shallenberger of Clinton, Ill., Billie (Gerald) Clark of Petal, Diane (Albert) Shows and Sylvia Weathersford all of Richton; four brothers, Joe (Linda) Prine of Purvis, Wayne Prine of Petal, Allen (Pam) Prine of Oloh and Carlton (Janet) Prine of Richton; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:30 - 8 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg.
