Obit - Fort Worth Star Telegram Winston Johnnie Wood ...Southwestern Bell retiree Winston Johnnie Wood, 58, of 1404 Muse, died Friday at a local hospital from complications following heart surgery. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Handley Baptist Church, with burial at Rose Hill. Wood, who was born in Wellington, had lived in Fort Worth for more than 55 years. He was a graduate of Paschal High School and was retired from Southwestern Bell, where he worked for 31 years. Wood was a member of Handley Baptist Church and the Telephone Pioneer Club. He served with the Army during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Marie Wood of Fort Worth; two sons, ... , both of Fort Worth; two daughters, ... ; a brother, James W. Wood of Teague; three sisters, Daphne Schooler, Anne Gonzalez and Bea Spurlock, all of Fort Worth; and 11 grandchildren. living relatives names have been deleted
