LUBBOCK — Rhea L. Foster, 96, of Lubbock, formerly of Friona, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012. Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. today in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis with Mike Roberts officiating. Arrangements are by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home of Hereford. Mrs. Foster was born Oct. 18, 1915, in Floyd, N.M., to Jake Andrew and Minnie Mae Vallance Lamb. She married Wesley Foster on Sept. 24, 1932, in Plaska. Survivors include two daughters, RayNell Lonvick of Farmville, Va., and Pattijon Gunderson of Kalispell, Mont.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Amarillo Globe-News, Feb. 15, 2012.
