Aldo Pierce, 76, Russellville, died Sunday, May 23, 1999. Visitation was 6-9 p.m. Monday at Spry Funeral Home, Russellville. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, 1999, at Spry chapel with burial in Franklin Memory Gardens. Officiating at the funeral will be Vernon Hood and David Motes. He was a native of Alabama. He is survived by his daughter, Jo Ann Pierce, Russellville; five grandchildren, Debra Cook Woodard, Hackleburg, John Cook, Russellville, Steven Cook, Russellville, Jason Brown, Russellville, Lisa Fredenck, Russellville; four great-grandchildren, Caleb Cook, Russellville, Nick Cook Russellville; Megan Woodard, Hackleburg, Steven Tyler Cook, Russellville. He ws preceded in death by his wife, Addie Lou Pierce. He was retired from T.V.A. - Brown's Ferry Nuclear Plant. He was a member of Oak Grove Freewill Baptish Church and a World War II veteran.
