Almer L. Miller Mrs. Almer L. Miller, 94, Russellville, died Saturday, March 4, 2006. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2006, at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday, March 6, 2006, in the funeral home chapel, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. Officiating at the funeral will be Brother David Motes and Brother John Stancil. She is survived by sons, Orbie Miller and wife, Janice, Russellville, Ala.; Lindon Miller and wife, Bonnie, Russellville, Ala.; brothers, Johnny Pearce and wife, Inez, Russellville, Ala.; grandchildren, Renay Hallman and husband, Randy, Russellville, Ala., Tina Copeland and husband, Marvin, Phil Campbell, Ala., Tracey Cook and husband, Barry, Russellville; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Delilah Pearce; husband, D.C. Miller; daughter, Fayrene Miller; grandson, Rickey Miller. Pallbearers will include Randy Hallman, Barry Cook, Mike Morgan, Spanky Hallman, Kyle Copeland, Rick Miller and Marvin Copeland. She was the oldest member of Oakgrove Freewill Baptist Church, Russellville, Ala. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and was loved by all.. Florence Times Daily - March 5, 2006
