Delores Marie Faulhaber Jan 16,1930-Jan 05,2012 Delores M. Faulhaber, 81, of Blair, formally of North Platte, died Jan. 5, 2012, in Blair. She was born on Jan. 16, 1930, in David City, to Leo and Caroline (Zima) Medinger. She graduated from Fullerton High School in 1948, and she went on to teach in a country school in the Fullerton area. Delores married Donald Faulhaber in June of 1954 and made their home in North Platte for 55 years. Delores was employed by the North Platte Public School System in the Food Service area. She retired in 1997. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of America, VFW Auxiliary, and AARP Chapter #1688. Delores enjoyed volunteering at the American Red Cross, RSVP, Lincoln County Museum and at the recycling center in Blair with her son. She enjoyed reading to the children at McDaid and Jefferson grade schools. Hobbies that she enjoyed were camping and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald; sister, Phyllis Swanson; brothers, Norman, Lewayne, and Gary Medinger; brother-in-law, Jack Hahn and nephews, Robert Swanson, and Jerry Medinger. Mass of Christian Burial will be Jan. 10, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial will be at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens.
