Miami Daily News-Record Miami, Oklahoma Monday, September 20, 1954, page 2 John W. Williams, 94-year-old father of Mrs. Bess Turley and Buck Williams, both of Commerce, died in his home at 2115 Jackson street in Joplin at 2 a.m. today. He had been seriously ill for about a month. Williams is survived by three other daughters, Mrs. Fannie Morgan, of Webb City, Mo., Mrs. Gladys Cullins of Venitia, Calif., and Mrs. Katherine Aldridge of Nevada, Mo. Arrangements for services and burial will be announced by the Mitchelson Funeral home of Commerce.
