Bio

Graveside services for Coronal Elizabeth Barloco, 70, of San Antonio will be at 10 a.m. today in the City of Lubbock Cemetery with Horace Coffman, associate minister Broadway Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home. She died Wednesday, March 31, 1999, in North East Baptist Hospital in San Antonio. She was born July 27, 1928 in Lubbock. She moved to San Antonio in 1958. She married Joseph Albert Barloco in 1961 in San Antonio, and he died on Dec. 25, 1972. She retired as a bookkeeper, and she was a member of the Church of Christ. She was active in the PTA and Girl Scouts of America in San Antonio. Survivors include her father, Otis P. Ellis of Lubbock; one son, Major Thomas Barloco of Cheyenne, Wyo.; two daughters, Ethel Kay Barloco Marcus and Karen Barloco Rangel, both of San Antonio; one sister, Caroline Schnabel of Jacksonville, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
