Columbus Republic 19 Aug 2003 Carl I. Donica Carl I. Donica, 82, of Columbus died at 12:05 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, 2003, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Mr. Donica was a tool and die maker for Golden Foundry. He was a member of the Christian Church in Florida and lifetime member of the Moose Lodge. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Barkes, Inlow & Weaver Funeral Home on Washington Street. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 1 p.m. until service time Wednesday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana. Mr. Donica was born in Brown County July 20, 1921, the son of Fred and Daisy Holmes Donica. He married Verlis G. Lucas Graham July 20, 2000. He is survived by his wife; stepsons, Wayne Graham of Cape Coral, Fla., and Charles and Larry Graham of North Vernon; stepdaughters, Donna Champion of Pekin and Tami Graham of Phoenix; grandchildren, Lisa Danley and Kenneth Donica of Corpus Christi, Texas; several stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-stepgrandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; four wives; sons, Richard and Lynndal Donica; three brothers; and five sisters.
