Doris (Barner) Harper Riddle Our precious mother, granny and G.G., Doris Harper Riddle, 94 of Whitehouse, Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 24th. She was born December 3, 1917 in Tyler, Texas to the late, James Monroe and Mintie Mae Prichard Barner. Doris was preceded in death by parents; three sisters; three brothers; and husbands, W.I. Harper, H.H. Carter and J.R. Riddle. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Jerry Cottrell; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a brother-in-law, J. D. Epperson; and several nieces and nephews.
