Mrs. Wencil Bruha, 84, a pioneer resident of the Yuba community and for several years a resident of Hillsboro died Friday night, July 17, at her home. Anna Jindrick, daughter of Wencil and Barbara Jindrick, was born in Bohemia on July 8, 1858. In 1866, at age 8, she emigrated to the US with her parents. This family came directly to Yuba where she attended local schools and grew to womanhood. On February 5, 1884, she married Wencil Bruha. To this union were born 6 children. She is survived by her husband of Hillsboro; daughter: Mary E Stanek of Stanley, WI; son: Frank of Hillsboro; two brothers: Wencil Jindrick of Yuba; Frank Jindrick of Greenwood Township; 19 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Josephine Picha on March 25, 1939; a daughter and 2 sons who passed away in infancy.
