Michael D. Morgan, 57, of Fullerton, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, at his home. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Fullerton Public Schools in Fullerton. Rev. Valjean Warman will officiate. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Palmer Funeral Home in Fullerton. Mr. Morgan was born Dec. 5, 1953, in Columbus, to Frank and Phyllis (Clark) Morgan. He attended Fullerton Schools graduating from Fullerton High School in 1973. on 12-29-1972, he married Barb Hellbusch, and to that union a daughter, Nicki, was born. On 4-7-1978, he married Patty Iske and to that union a son, Chad, and a daughter, Sarah, was born. He worked for Don Fitzgerald from 1974 until May 1991. In June 1991, he started his own business, Morgan's Service Center. He was a bus driver for the Fullerton Public School from the 1991-92 school year until the present time. He was a member of the Fullerton Eagles Club and the Pawnee Hills Golf Course. Survivors include two daughters, Nicki (Chad) Welch, of Fullerton, and Sarah Morgan, of Lincoln; one son, Chad Morgan, of Lincoln; two grandchildren; one sister, Lois (Doug) Ratcliff, of Fullerton; and two brothers, Francis (Lureen) Morgan, of Joplin, Mo., and Bill (Charlene) Morgan, of St. Paul. He was preceded in death by his parents. Palmer Funeral Home, in Fullerton, is in charge of arrangements.
