Lois was born December 12, 1942 in Columbus to Frank Eugene and Phyllis June (Clark) Morgan. She is survived by her husband, Doug Ratcliff of Fullerton; son, Steven Ratcliff of Beatrice; and two brothers, Francis (Lureen) Morgan of Joplin, MO and Bill (Charlene) Morgan of St. Paul. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Michael Morgan.
