Wagstaff (1856-1914) NOTE: DC #23580 died Dec. 24, 1914 in Huntington from TB Mother: Sarah "Sallie" Hutto Wagstaff (1866-1910) ========================================== Obituary in Lufkin Daily News, July 27, 1964 Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel Forrest, 72, were scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday with Rev. Harold Holcombe officiating. Interment was to be in the Huntington Cemetery. Mrs. Forrest of 508 E. Kerr, died in a LaMarque hospital Saturday afternoon. She was born on October 18, 1891 in Maude, Okla. and had resided in Angelina County most of her life. Mrs. Forrest was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, W. D. Forrest; daughters, Mrs. Fay Cantrell of LaMarque, Mrs. Iva Nell Elder of Houston and Mrs. Jack McCollough of LaMarque; sons, Lloyd Forrest of LaMarque, Emmett Forrest of Lufkin, Joe Forrest of LaMarque and Arthur D. Forrest of Groveton; brother, Jack Wagstaff of Lufkin; 20 grandchildren.
