Obituary in Lufkin Daily News, Feb. 27, 1944 Funeral services for Mrs. O. H. Walters, 70, who passed away Friday at her residence on the Huntington highway, were held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at the Huntington Methodist Church with Rev. W. S. Moody of Lufkin and Rev. Lawrence Murchison of Diboll officiating. Survivors include the following -- * Husband: O. H. Walters * Sons: R. O., J. S., Lloyd, S. D., A. G., and R. G. Walters * Daughters: Mrs. Dorothy Wells and Mrs. Otis Barge * Brothers: Irwin and George Donnell * Sisters: Mrs. Henry Welch, Mrs. Laura Patrick and Dora Sowell * 24 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren Interment was in the Huntington Cemetery with Oakley-Metcalf in charge of arrangements. *************************************
