Bio

Clyde DeMasters moved from Ranger to Breckenridge in 1927. He was co-owner of Breck Welding Supply. Mr. DeMasters was a veteran of the US Army during World War II. He was post commander of the VFW and the American Legion. Survivors: daughter - Elaine Whitaker of Breckenridge; three sisters - Chris Melton of Lubbock, Vera Carter and Mary Sayre, both of Breckenridge; two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter. [note: Elaine was a step-daughter] He was preceded in death by his parents - Mr. and Mrs. J.M. DeMasters; brother - Stanley [error: Vernon] DeMasters; sister - Suda Fowler.
