Bio

Passed away with his family at his side. He was preceded in death by father, Joseph Jaixen; sister, Mary Ann Frey; brother-in-law, Fred Dettmer. He is survived by wife, Lucille; three sons: Lyle (Michele), Douglas (Dawn), and Stephen (Jennifer); 7 grandchildren: Trevor, Zachary, Tyler, Nikole, Jonathan, Joseph and Mathew; mother, Theresa Jaixen of Columbus; sister, Lucille Dettmer; brothers, Terry Jaixen (Linda) and Fritz Jaixen (Connie); brother-in-law, Morris Frey; many nieces and nephews. Paul served in the Navy on the U.S.S. Oriskany. He will be remembered as a hair stylist for over 40 years and a curler for over 35 years. Paul was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. The family will receive friends Sunday, 5pm to 7pm at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the church. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Monday, 10am, St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Entombment, Calvary Mausoleum with military rites by Millard American Legion Post 374 and VFW Post 8334. Memorials to Hospice House or Visiting Nurse Association.
