Bio

Calvin Coolidge Parker, 87, of Waco, passed away at a local nursing home Monday, Oct. 31, 2011. A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, at Chapel Hill Memorial Park with Pastor David Arnett officiating. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, Waco. Calvin was born in Falls County, Texas, to the late Donald and Lizzie Parker. He retired from Universal Atlas Cement plant, owned T's Skateland, and also built homes. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Parker; nephew,David Middleton and wife, Gina; and many other nieces and nephews. Waco Tribune-Herald: 11/2/2011
