Leslie was the son of Isaac Buford Perryman and Theodosia Caldona Peed Wright Perryman. He was the husband of Eunice Fussell and Prince Ella Anderson. OBIT - Leslie Perryman Services Sunday At Leila Church Funeral Services for Leslie W. Perryman, 88, of Adel were held Sunday at 3 P.M. in the Leila United Methodist Church. The Rev. R.V. Williams and the Rev. Truman Thomas officiated. Interment was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were grandsons and included Doyle Perryman, Steve Perryman, Mitchell Perryman, Mark Perryman, Rodney Lindsey, Clyde Turly and Michael Perryman. Music was by a trio composed of Mrs. Frank Morgan, Mrs. Felix Roberson and D.E. Winskie. Selections included "No Tears in Heaven" and "Mansion Over the Hilltop." Mr. Perryman, retired farmer, died Thursday at Hialeah Hospital in Hialeah, Florida after a week's illness. He was born February 5, 1884 in Stewart co County and he had resided in Cook County 12 years. He was a member of the Leila Church. Survivors include six sons, Emory H. Perryman of Sparks, A.L. Perryman of Tifton, W.W. Perryman and John B. Perryman of Orlando, Florida, G.L. Peryman of Knoxville, Tennessee; and Walter Perryman of Hialeah, Florida; four daughters, Mrs. Hinson Turly of South Williamson, Kentucky, Mrs. Mayo Lindsey of Adel, Mrs. J.D. Yarbrough, Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida, and Mrs. Earl Barnes of Concord, California; a sister, Mrs. Lola Peek of Cheston, Indiana; 27 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Boone Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
