...from Streator newspaper Bonnie Hert 1904 --- 1986 Bonnie Hert, 77, of 1525 E. Main St., died at 10:05 a.m. Sunday at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. Services will be Held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hagi Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p. m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Born Oct. 12, 1908, in Sadler, Ky., she was the daughter of Duncan and Anna (Decker) Ashley. She married Clyde Hert on May 31, 1927, in Grand Rapids, Mich. He died May 12, 1977. Surviving are seven sons, Robert Hert, Jack Hert, Larry Hert, Kenneth Hert, and Bill Hert, all of Streator, Jerry Hert of Oxnard, Calif., and Jim Hert of Cobina, Calif.; seven daughters, Kay Goluba, Nancy (Mrs. Bennett) Thomas, Betty (Mrs. Ronald) Sirotnak and Bonnie (Mrs. Gene) Tyler, all of Streator, Ethel (Mrs. Dale) Jennings of Tracy, Calif., and Ann (Mrs. Lloyd) Dice and Ila (Mrs. Emory) Zurlinden, both of Tucson, Ariz.; 46 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hert resided in Streator most of her life. ...from Streator newspaper Services for Hert Services for Bonnie Hert, 77, of 1525 E. Main St., who died Sunday morning at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hagi Funeral Home. The Rev. Jerry McDaniel, pastor of Erven Avenue Baptist Church, officiated at the services and also conducted graveside rites at Riverview Cemetery. Betty Daniels was organist. Serving as pallbearers were grandsons, Gary Hert, Brad Hert, Joe Hert, Bill Goluba, Gary Thomas and Larry Sickley.
