Graveside services for E. B. Lusk, 62, of Rusk, were at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Maydelle, with the Rev Keith Hassell officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Boren-Conner Funeral Home. Mr Lusk died Sunday in a Rusk Hospital after a sudden illness. He was born Dec. 12,1927, in Anderson county and lived in Rusk most of his life. He retired from the Maintenance department at Rusk State Hospital and served as a volunteer fireman for 12 years. He was a Baptist. Survivors are his Mother, Mrs Elma Lusk of Maydelle; two sons, Roger Lusk of Palestine and Mike Lusk of Paris; two daughters, Brenda Byrd of Maydelle and Kathy Byrd of Tyler. Two sisters, Reba Wood of Rusk and Elaine Parrish of Anton, two brothers, Homer Lusk of Rusk and Leroy Lusk of Palestine. 11 grandchildren and one great grand-child and several nieces and nephews.
