Charles Lyman Oaks, 69, of Caldwell, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 23, 2006. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 30, 2006, Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell. Charles, an only child, was preceded in death by his parents, Edith May Hattan and Harvey Wesley Oaks; he married Betty Jo Winkler who preceded him in death on 13 Jul 1982, they had 3 children; He later married Barbara Jean Wilson who also preceded him in death in March 2006; survivors include his 3 children and his step-children.
