William "Bill" G. Elliott, 48 Jan 28, 1953-April 13, 2001 MESA, Ariz. - William "Bill" G. Elliott, 48, died Friday, April 13, 2001, at Mesa, Ariz. He was born January 28, 1953 at Alliance to Donald M. and Ruth E. (Shimek) Elliott. He worked as a car foreman for the Burlington Northern Railroad. He was a member of the American Legion and the Eagles. His survivor's include his mother, Ruth Elliott of Alliance; son Jason Elliott of Erie, Penn.; daughters Amanda Broderick and Melissa Elliott, both of Alliance; sister Joanne Trabert of Denver, Colo.; three grandchildren, Austin, Mackenzie, and Nicholas. He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 18, at the United Methodist Church. Reverend Mark Schutt officiating. Burial will be in the Alliance Cemetery.
