The Lexington Intelligencer, April 13, 1889 [Lexington, Mo.] THE TOMB Died---In Austin, Texas, March 31, of consumption, Mr. John A. Price, aged 57 years, formerly of this county and brother of Mr. Jacob A. Price of this city. Son of Nathaniel H. and Susan C. Price. John married Mary E. "Mollie" Slater 8-23-1854 in Missouri. They had 10 children: Charles Robert, Ida Kate, Ella V., Sarah Ann, Fannie A., Jacob Samuel, Nannie Lee, James D., Sidney W., and Mary Ann.
