ANTON FRANEK DIES AT AGE OF 34 YEARS After an illness which lasted about three months, Mrs. Anton Franek passed away at her home on Tuesday, Dec. 19th, at 10:30 p. m. Mrs. Anton Franek, nee Christine Sticha, was 34 years old at the time of her sad death. She was born in Veseli. In 1907, she was united in marriage to Anton Franek at Montgomery. Besides her sorrowing husband, deceased is survived by two daughters, Emma and Dorothy. Two daughters preceded her to the grave several years ago. She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Eva Sticha, and by two sisters, Mrs. Wencl Zvonec and Mrs. Thomas Jindra of Wheatland Township. Three brothers also preceded her to the grave. Funeral services will take place on Friday, Dec. 22nd, at ten o’clock and the remains will then be taken to Lonsdale for burial. - The New Prague Times (New Prague, MN) Dec 21, 1922, P1-C4
