DORCHESTER HERALD (Dorchester, Clark County, Wis.) 12/10/1915 Decker, John P. (18 APR 1846 - 5 DEC 1915) (The manner in which the obit was micro-filmed made it impossible to read the entire text; I will paraphrase the readable parts) Died at his home, Sunday night, John Peter Decker. Funeral services were conducted at St. Louis Catholic Church, Father Beyer officiating, interment made in the Catholic Cemetery. E. J. Fuchsgruber conducted the funeral services. He was born in Belgium and came to the U. S. at the age of 26 with his wife. He was the father of ten children, seven still living, Theodore and Mrs. Wm. ..Macher, this city; William and George of Wuertsberg; Peter of ?, Wash.; And Mrs. P. C. ? of Berlin, New Hampshire. He was a member of the Catholic Knights.
