Bio
Mrs. Elizabeth Spaulding [,] wife of Geo. Spaulding, deceased this life Sept. 23, 1921[,] at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Etta Mitchell, with whom she was making her home. She was united with the Freedom Baptist church when very young and had always lived a pure Christian life, always ready to help in time of need. She was a kind and loving mother, and truly "her children can rise up and call her blessed." The children who survive her are Benjamin Spaulding; Anderson, Ind., Elmer Spaulding, Lafountain, Indiana, Mrs. Etta Mitchell, and Mrs. Jennie Austin, Grayford, Indiana, also a brother, Mr. Frank Stillinger of Columbus, Indiana. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Chesley Holmes of Vernon, at the home of Mrs. Etta Mitchell. Burial at Rush Branch Cemetery. Contributor: Edwin Kellar (47312830) • [email protected]
