Bio

Murl Pittman was born November 11, 1900 in Holder, Brown County, Texas. He was the son of William Henry Pittman and Francis Helen Harris Pittman. He Married Nancy Novella Gaines on April 3, 1921. They had 4 children, Gardner, Glen, Dorothy and Kathy.He turned 18 years old the day that the First World War ended.He Was a farmer until he came to Baytown in 1948. He retired from Enderli & Heintschel Housemovers in 1966.He died in Baytown, Harris County, Texas on January 31, 1991, at the age of 90.
