Moberly Monitor-Index, Moberly, Missouri, 13 May 1966, Friday page 6 JOE Y. CLEETON, CARPENTER, DIES; FUNERAL SUNDAY Joe Y. Cleeton, 57-year-old Carpenter, died suddenly at 7:30 o'clock last night in Woodland Hospital. He had been in failing health some time, but his death was not expected. He lived on Route 3. Mr. Cleeton was born May 29, 1908, east of Moberly, a son of the late Lona and Anna Yager Cleeton. He was a member of the Central Christian Church and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Surviving are his wife; one son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Cleeton, Moberly; one brother, Jack Cleeton, Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren, and one son-in-law, Wayne Holman, St. Louis. The body is at the Cater Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 7 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held there at 1:30 p.m. Sunday by the Rev. C.W. Comn, Christian Minister. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Obit contributed by Contributor City clerk. Thank you.
