Bio

Enrolled in Company D. 14th Texas Infantry CSA in Rusk County, Texas on March 15, 1862. Killed in the battle of Jenkins Ferry in Arkansas, was a Third Corporal. Children: Winfield Featherstone, Annie Elizabeth, Mary Eliza, Sarah Angelina, Rufus Oscar, Evan Fletcher, Laura, Elmira, John Thurston.
