Parents were Jacob Franklin "Jake" Martin and Amanda Elizabeth "Manda" Barnes. Married: Oct. 1, 1905 in Ellis County, Texas to James Madison Richard "Dick" Knight. They had four known children: Infant Knight, no dates found; Horace Knight, 1908 - 1949; Nellie Killough, 1909 - 1961; and another Infant Knight, that died at birth and was buried with Lydia in 1910. She is in an unmarked grave.
