Bearden, a retired Montgomery Ward & Company Employee. died Wednesday at his Fort Worth home. He was 74. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Emerald Hills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Mr. Bearden was born in Waxahachie and had lived in Fort Worth for 35 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 95 and New Fellowship Baptist Church. Mr. Bearden was a president of the Tarrant County Singing Convention. Survivors: Son, Kenneth Bearden of Spring; daughter, Patricia Lomenick of Haltom City; four brothers, Ivan Ray Bearden of Nachitoches, La., Troy Bearden of Arlington and Ed Bearden and L.E, Bearden, both of Fort Worth; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
