Bio

Shirley L. Oliver, 65, of Beaumont died Dec. 17, 2000, at Canterbury Villa. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Broussard's Mortuary in Beaumont. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the mortuary. A lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was a beautician. Survivors include her son, Jay Oliver Jr. of Beaumont; daughter, Carman Gray of Beaumont; sisters, Betty Jean James of LaBelle and Julia Manning of Saratoga; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter
