Julia Fukuda Cotten February 25, 1931 - July 18, 2021 Julia Cotten, 90, of Spring and formerly of Port Arthur, died Sunday, July 18, 2021. She was born on February 25, 1931, in Port Arthur, to Emma Anderson Fukuda and Frank Fukuda. Survivors include her niece, Shirlene James and her husband Tim Crist, of Spring. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lester Cotten; sisters, Betty Jean James, Shirley Oliver, Eunice Louie; and brother, Ray Fukuda. A graveside service for Mrs. Cotten will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Felps Cemetery, Felps Cemetery Road, Thicket, under the direction of Broussard's, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee
