Bio

Daughter of Lander Green and Lillian Tucker Beasley, Emma Jean married Charles A. Miller, Jr. of Guin, AL who predeceased her February 8, 2006. A graduate of Winfield High School, she attended Florence State Teachers College and taught elementary school for several years, worked for Ford Motor Company and Alabama Power Company. She later became a realtor and was a member of Elliotsville Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Alabaster, AL. She was a garden club member and enjoyed growing and arranging flowers as well as painting. She also taught art to high school students. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Mary; and brother Harold.
