Services for Frank Kozlovsky are 11:00 am Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011 at Jaynes Memorial Chapel in Duncanville. Burial will follow at the Dallas – Ft. Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. He passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011. He was 77 years old. Frank loved his garden. Always grew more than he could eat or give away. His "green thumb" will be missed. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Ada Kozlovsky; 3 sons, William, Michael, and David; two daughters, Marla and Cherie of Athens, TX; 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Angie, Josie and Teresa; 2 brother-in-laws, Bill and Jimmy of Mesquite, TX; brother-in-law, Curtis & wife Joyce of Winnsboro, TX.
