Bio

Carl W. Carter, 74, of Breckenridge was a retired salesman and veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventists Church. He married MIss Vera DeMasters on 2 April 1963. The couple moved to Breckenridge on 30 May 1978. Survivors: wife; son - Raymond Horton of Odessa; brother - R.L. Mills of LaGrange, GA; sister - Martha Mills of LeGrange, GA; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Note: 6/15/2021 posted death certificate to show parents listed. I did not find Carl to be listed on any of the Census with Robert and Mae Mills family. Obviously, different last name.
