Bio

Mary J. Broom, 77 of Vidor died June 10, 2003 at Spring Season Nursing Home in Vidor, Tx. A native of Childress, TX she lived in Vidor 65 years, and was a retired bookkeeper for Vidor Pharmacy. She was a proud Eastern Star Member of the Vidor Chapter #914 for 50 plus years.She was a caring and loving mother, and a devoted wife for 60 years. She is preceded in death by her daughter Jerre Cochran. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Leon L. Broom, daughter, Beverly Hall, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
