Bio

Richard Arlie Boswell, born to Kenneth Lloyd and Wilmoth Clarice (Young) Boswell in Saint Paul, Minnesota. His mother remarried when he was a child and they relocated to the Gulf Coast. He left school to join the Navy and served his country in Korea and the Philippines. When discharged, he learned drafting at night school and worked as a draftsman most of his life in shipyards in New Orleans and Pascagoula. Richard enjoyed boating, fishing, dancing, bowling, family activities, and working around the house. He was active as a member and officer in many organizations over the years. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Clarence, and his beloved wife Mena.
