Obituary David Bomar dies on Friday Funeral services were held Sunday Feb 28 1960, at the First Baptist Church in Three Rivers for David Bomar, a pioneer of Three Rivers. Mr Bomar was 85 at time of death, and had lived in Three Rivers for the past 40 years. He died at 8:30 p,m Friday Feb 26 in a Three Rivers Hospital. He had been confined by an illness of short duration. The Rev Norman Fry pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiated at the funeral, assisted by Re. Warren Ellis, past of the First Methodist church here. Burial was at Three Rivers Cemetery. Survivors include two sons, J.T. Bomar and Royce Bomar, both of Three Rivers, six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
