Singleton, 64, of 4105 Parrish Road, Fort Worth, who died Friday in Fort Worth. Rev. G. B. Bush will officiate. Burial will be in Tidwell Cemetery, with Coker Mathews Peters in charge of arrangements. Born July 19, 1905, in Forney, he was the son of Turner and Ola Roberts Singleton. He was married January 15, 1940 to the former Addie Hughes, who survives. Mr. Singleton is survived by the widow, two sons, James P. Singleton, Fort Worth, and Bobby Ray Singleton, Dallas; one daughter Mrs. Ruby Neil Newell, Garland; three brothers, John Singleton, Greenville, Richard Singleton, Merit, and Glenn Singleton, Mesquite; five sisters, Mrs. Jewell Moser, Mrs. Eunice Sikes, Mrs. Edith Lamb and Mrs. Imogene Landrum, Greenville, and Mrs. Bess Swinson, Wolfe City; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Pallbearers are Ronnie Singleton, Eddie Singleton, Jack Swinson, J. C. Sikes, Loyd Moser and Ray Landrum.
