Tuesday, August 2, 2011 11:42 AM CDT Mount Pleasant Daily Tribune MOUNT VERNON – Mary Blanche Kinder, 90, died Sunday, July 31, 2011 in Mount Vernon. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Purley Cemetery with Rev. Bruce Blackstone officiating. Mrs. Kinder was born Oct. 15, 1920 in Hopkins County to Draper Hightower and Blanche Hightower. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Carey and Sander Kinder of Tyler; granddaughter, Katy Collins; and two great-granddaughters, Chloe and Rachel. She was preceded in death by her husband, O.G. Kinder, in 1996.
