He was born the son of Josiah David Price (1844-1932) & Cinderella Jane Stephenson (1847-1930) she was also listed as Stinson. His WWII registration shows his biorthplace as Adwell S.C. & middle name has been spelled several ways throughout the years. He married 3 Sep 1905 • Calhoun County, Alabama, USA to Lillie Mae Reaves (1881-1990) They had many children, but not limited to...
