Bio
He was a son of Cinderella Jane Stephenson Price and Josiah David Price. Charles was a grandson of Andrew Thomas Stephenson, Ruth Brown Stephenson, P.R. Price and Margaret E. Batey Price per Alabama death records. ************************************** Charles Ross Price married Addie Jenkins, born Oct. 1883 in GA to Dolphus David Jenkins and Martha Pruitt Jenkins. Her family believes that Addie was buried near her parents and then Charlie was buried next to her grave. She may have died between 1910 and 1912 per census records age of children by Charlie's second wife. The last census Addie was listed was 1910 when she, Charlie and their children, Eddie and Carrie Bell, were living and farming in Hill County, Texas. By the 1920 census, Charlie was back in Peek's Hill community, Calhoun Co., AL with his second wife, Lillian. *************************************** Charles R. Price was survived by a second wife, Lillian Viola Sparks Price. She was a daughter of Joseph and Rhoda Parker Sparks who in 1910 lived in Peeks Hill community, Calhoun Co., AL. Lillian died 27 April 1958 and was buried in Crenshaw County, Alabama. Some of her children are buried in the same cemetery. Rhoda Parker Sparks was a daughter of Ledson Parker of Peeks Hill community.
