Ulpen Allen Beasley was the oldest child of Samuel Benton Beasley Jr and Elsie Beatrice McCluney Beasley. He married first Eula Fausett on November 30, 1922 in Roane, Navarro County, Texas. They had two daughters. He married second Edna Gwartney on October 15, 1931.
